A site the front desk can actually run

A dental practice was paying by the hour to change opening hours. We rebuilt the site so every piece of text on it is editable by the person who knows it is wrong.

01

The problem

The practice's previous site was technically fine and practically unusable. Every change went through an agency ticket, so holiday hours were posted late, a departed hygienist stayed on the team page for eight months, and the fee schedule was a year out of date.

Patients were arriving at a closed clinic on days the website said were open, which is the kind of small failure that quietly costs a practice its reputation.

02

What we did

We rebuilt the site with every piece of text, every photograph and every service description held as content rather than code, and we spent a full afternoon training the office manager on it.

Opening hours became a single source of truth that feeds the header, the footer, the contact page and the search listing at once, so there is no longer a version that can be forgotten. Practitioner profiles, services and fees are all editable in place.

We also took accessibility seriously, because a fair share of the patient list is over seventy: proper contrast, real focus states, text that scales, and a form that works without a mouse.

03

What changed

The practice has not filed a content ticket since launch. Holiday hours now go up weeks early, and the team page is accurate for the first time in years.

Accessibility testing passes at AA across the site, and the office manager makes changes in about four minutes without asking anyone.

Tell us what the site has to do.

Send us the problem rather than the page count. We will come back within one business day with a straight answer on whether we are the right studio for it, and roughly what it would take.
